NOTICE TO CUSTOMERS OF THE LONG BRANCH SEWERAGE AUTHORITY
AUTOMATED DEBIT PROGRAM FOR THE PAYMENT OF SEWER BILLS

The Long Branch Sewerage Authority announces that it has implemented an automated bill payment service. This service works the same way as a check; but there is no check writing or mailing expense involved. Direct payment is a safe, convenient and confidential method of automatic bill payment. Shortly after the date shown on each of your quarterly billing stubs, the Authority will inform your banking institution of the amount due. The Bank will automatically charge that amount to your account. The bills you authorize for this "EASY PAYMENT" will be clearly itemized on your bank's monthly account statement. If you elect to stop the payment plan, simply notify the Authority.

To enroll in this plan, you must obtain an "Automatic Withdrawal Authorization Form". In order to participate in this program, you must be up to date with your account. The form authorizes LBSA to automatically withdraw funds from your financial instritution. The payment optiuon cannot take effet until the next quarterly payment is due. If you cannot view this form, and wish to have one mailed to you, please contact the Authority at (732) 222-0500.

Note: your signature is required for authorization. Therefore you may not submit this form online. It must be printed, completed and mailed to the Authority.
